Join our Chronically Willed Community! This group coaching program includes an initial virtual consult with Kelly, access to monthly group coaching sessions to discuss nutritional and health goals and questions, a nutrition plan and program to support you, and access to our our private Facebook group where you can ask questions and connect with others on a similar journey.
Personalized Nutrition Coaching
This intensive one-on-one coaching model provides a deep analysis of your health and nutrition goals and weekly coaching sessions to support your goals. This package includes a private, one hour monthly goal setting session along with private weekly 30 minute check-ins with Kelly. You will be provided access to easy-to-use software and app where you can track your progress and communicate with Kelly 1:1.
